Health and Safety

HYROX training is hard. Please read this before you start any Daily Hyrox plan.

Check with a doctor first if any of these apply: you have a heart condition or high blood pressure; you've had chest pain, dizziness or fainting; you have a bone, joint or muscle problem that exercise could make worse; you're pregnant or recently gave birth; you're taking medication for a health condition; you have diabetes or another long-term condition; or you're new to exercise or returning after a long break.

Our plans are general, not medical advice

Our plans are general training programmes built from race data and coaching experience. They aren't medical advice, physiotherapy or a personal medical assessment, and they can't account for your individual health. Paces and targets are guides: adjust them to how you feel.

Train safely

Nutrition guides

Our nutrition guides give general sports nutrition information for healthy adults. They aren't designed to treat or prevent any medical condition. If you have a medical condition, food allergy or a history of disordered eating, speak to your doctor or a registered dietitian first.

Your safety and our responsibility

All training carries some risk of injury. By following a plan you accept the normal risks of strenuous exercise. This doesn't limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Under 18s

Our plans are for adults aged 18 and over.
