Complaints

Reviews
We only publish genuine reviews from real customers. We don't pay for, write or edit reviews, we don't hide negative ones, and if we ever give anything in return for a review we'll label it clearly. If you think a review is fake, email us and we'll investigate.
Claims we make
Numbers on this site come from our own records (athletes coached, countries) or our analysis of public race results. Tell us if you spot anything that looks wrong and we'll check and correct it.
