The plans, guides, text, charts, design and code on this website are owned by [Company name] Ltd or used with permission, and are protected by copyright. You may view the site and use plans you've bought under the personal licence in our Terms of Sale. You may not copy, share, resell, republish or upload our plans, or remove any copyright or order information from them.

HYROX® is a registered trade mark of HYROX World GmbH. Daily Hyrox is an independent coaching business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or approved by HYROX. We refer to HYROX to describe the races our plans are designed for. Official race information, rules and weights are published by HYROX; always check the current rulebook before you race.
Race statistics
Finish-time statistics, split targets and percentiles on this site are our own analysis of publicly available HYROX results from seasons 7 to 9 (about 1.17 million results), shown only as group totals. We don't publish individual athletes' names or results. They are not official HYROX statistics.
Other brands
Other brand names and logos that appear in race photos belong to their owners and don't mean those brands sponsor or endorse us.
Report a copyright or trade mark issue
If you think something on our website or in our products infringes your rights, or you've found our plans being shared or sold without permission, email [support email] with:
- your name and contact details;
- the work or mark you own and where it appears on our site (a link or screenshot);
- why you believe it infringes your rights;
- a statement that the information you've given is accurate.
We'll acknowledge within 5 working days and remove or correct anything we find infringes.
